Well the other day was another crazy day at our house. I feel so unorganized and I really need to work out some issues with Jordan. He has been really acting out and I'm not sure why. I feel so tired all the time and just drained. I've started work again at the school now that I feel good plus babysitting Kyla but she is so good. I think since I started tending her I have really realized how bad Jordan is. He is HARD and if you don't believe me you are welcome to test it out for a day. hahaha. Well disaster struck again.... I was picking up the house while Nate was bathing Jordan and this is what I found in the other bathroom......
and the Culprit was......
and the kicker was Nate my lovely husband found it earlier and left if for me to pick up isn't that nice of him. ahhh sometimes I just wonder...
I know I blogged forever ago about posting pictures of the final and finished product of my cute vinyl in my living room I finally put it up straight and decorated so everyone let me know what you think! I like it but who knows I might redecorate it seems I always do.
On the 24th of July weekend we had a fun filled and busy weekend. Nates brother Josh and his wife and little girl Alli came down to Cedar. We went to the parade that morning which I loved being a 10 instead of 8 or 9. We then went to the park and the kids went down the slides. Then we went to PF and ate and then put the kids down for a nap. Later that night we had a family BBQ and the guys pretty much hogged the Badmitten net while we tended to the kids. We did get a couple games in here and there.
The next day we got up really early and headed down the Washington to take the kids to the water park and then after the guys got done fishing they picked Jordan and Alli up and took them home while us girls got ready and went shopping for the day. We went and ate at Cafe Rio which was soooo good and then had a Neilsons frozen lemon custard delicious. I got some good deals but I didn't go crazy I'm waiting until I find out what our little one is going to be. After a long day and busy weekend we headed home and relaxed. I got ready for my lesson on Sunday and just hung out with Jordan and Nate. It was a really great and fun weekend.
Of course I only took my camera to the water park I swear I always forget that thing or it dies on me.
A long time ago when my parents came to visit we went to Zion and went hiking. It was a lot of fun to be able to see all the sites there and to share that with Jordan. I thought I would finally put it on my blog since I have been so horrible about blogging. While on the hike we let Jordan walk on his own which terrified me because he kept falling down and there was a drop off on one side but Nate assured me he was ok. (I still think it was dangerous) He also dove into a big water spot and then in the dirt and was literally filthy!
Our annual camping trip came for the summer so we loaded up the old trailer and headed up to Beaver Mountain. We had a lot of fun and I think next year will be even better now that we have scouted out a perfect spot up Beaver Mountain which is absolutely beautiful. Jordan loves camping mostly because he can just roam around and dig in the dirt. He loves to be outside and ride the four wheelers. I got addicted to Yahtzee which Nate's mom and I played pretty much non stop especially the last day we were there. It rained a lot while we were there and Jordan of course was right out in it and was soaking wet and muddy but I guess that's camping. I'm glad that we are back and unloaded even though it was a ton of fun it's a ton of work! Oh and the morning we left we woke up to cows milling around our camp site and Jordan loved them so much. He walked down the road to go see them once they left our camp. They were mooing at him and he just kept saying woah!
So this year for the 4th we did the usual. We went to the Cedar City Parade. Jordan loved the parade this year. He actually loved the fire trucks which suprised me because he was terrified last year. My little boy is one of a kind seriously! He didn't like the candy or didn't know why they were throwing it at him so he kept throwing it back at them instead of being excited. haha That did make me laugh. Then after the parade we went to the park which was kinda a joke to say the least. Jordan went fishing and got some cool prizes and then we headed to the jumping houses. The line was like the whole length of the park so we decided to go to lunch first and then come back. We went to PF which was the highlight of my day since I have major cravings being pregnant. It really hit the spot seriously! Then Jordan was overly exhausted so I decided to skip the park and take him home for a nap. GOOD IDEA! He slept for quite a while and then later we went to Grandma Sutherlands for a BBQ. It was delicious food with good comapany. We had steaks with sauteed mushrooms and onions, rolls, salad, macaroni salad, and corn on the cob and for desert we had rootbeer floats. Yum! Then we went to get Jordan in the bath and set out for the Enoch City Fireworks they were good and then we took Jordan home and set off some little ones of our own. By this time I was exhausted and so was Jordan. We went straight to bed. That was our day and I have to say it was pretty fun. Oh and of course my camera died at the park so thats as far as we got picture wise.
I just wanted to give a Happy Birthday wish to my dad. He is the greatest dad ever. He is always looking out for me and my family and loves Jordan so much. I only wish they lived closer so he could fully enjoy Jordan and being a Grandpa. I have so many memories with my dad and I love him so much. Happy Birthday DAD!

Nate and I were married in August of 2005 and then sealed one year later in the St. George Temple for time and all eternity. We then got pregnant after much trying and had little baby Jordan. He is the sweetest little boy in the world. He is the greatest joy I have ever known until the next one comes along. We just moved into our very first home in March 2008.
