So Freaky

I just felt like I should let everyone know what the police never tell anyone. Today my sister-in-law was outside and had noticed a cop driving around her neighborhood for the 2nd day and noticed they had been driving around a lot and wondered what was going on so her husband stopped the cop and asked what why they were driving around their neighborhood so much. The cop told him that a little girl had been riding her bike and was stopped by a man who then told her to get in his vehicle and that her parents said it was ok. Luckily the little 6 year old had been taught and rode her bike home. She then told her parents who then called the police. I know that there are wacky people out there but it scares me and makes me more aware of it when it happens in a nice neighborhood that you know. Spread the word so people know that this man is still roaming around Cedar possibly he hasn't been caught yet and don't let your children out of your sight.

Personality Plus

When Nate was little his grandma used to say that he had personality plus. I really feel the same way about Jordan. I think a little of that rubbed off on my little man. Here is a little video clip of how funny he can be around the house. He just makes my day.

Lacie's Nursery Furniture

We finally got Lacie's furniture and cleaned it all up and put it in her room. I still have to refinish the tall dresser and decorate but I am so pleased with how it turned out. Here are some pictures of it before we moved it in her room. We have it in her room now but I will post pictures of when I finally decorate it all.

My little Mountain Goat!

As most of you know Jordan has been climbing up everything and it freaks me out. One day he is going to fall and break something or crack open his head. The other night I heard him whining and found him in his highchair stuck in one spot because he couldn't turn himself around. Like a good mom I ran to get my camera haha so I could take pictures. Then to my suprise he actually was able to turn himself around and sit down. Then he grabbed a sippy cup off the table and just sat in his highchair and drank his drink what a kid!

Ice Cream Fun

We have had so much fun lately hanging out with our friends. We truly have been spoiled going to BBQ's, Birthday Parties, and heading out for ice cream at Dairy Queen. It seems like I always forget my camera or I'm having too much fun to take pictures but I did get some pictures of when we went out for ice cream. Lainey and Sheridyn are best friends and Jordan well he is a boy what else can I say. The pictures say it all. Haha it was so funny Sheridyn was protecting Lainey from Jordan. Some day they will like him I'm sure haha.

Iron County Fair

After our little trip to McDonalds we went home and took a long nap and before we knew it Daddy was home. Nate got ready and we headed to the Iron County Fair in Parowan. We first took Jordan to the petting zoo which he seriously loved. We didn't really get any cute pictures because he wouldn't look at us long enough to take one. He learned how to say DUCK and it's so adorable. Then we wandered around the booths and last headed to the outrageously expensive carnival. We were going to let Jordan ride some rides but after looking at the prices we decided he still has at least one more year before he really cares about them anyway. We had a lot of fun and after that trip I got really excited for our upcoming trip to the Hogle Zoo at the end of the month.

Jordan and Mommy trip

I really never get to do fun things with Jordan just the two of us but this last Saturday Jordan and I had a fun day together. Nate went fishing with his dad, uncle, and cousin in St. George and it seemed like everyone else had other plans too. At first I was a little bummed to have to spend a Saturday alone but then I thought you know I have my little boy. I got ready and we headed to McDonald's to eat lunch. He really loved McDonald's. First of all he LOVES hamburgers and second he loves watching little kids. He was pretty content watching and not playing which I was secretly happy about because lets face it that play land is FILTHY! It was really relaxing and fun to hang out with just Jordan and get to know his cute little personality a little better.

Bean Bag

Last Saturday Amber White and I went to St. George to do some shopping and to get out of Cedar. We had so much fun together and our kids just love eachother. We ate a PF and I got to meet her cute sister and Brother-in-law. We got to hit just about every store we wanted and we found some really good deals. I found Jordan this adorable Bean Bag for his room. It was originally supposed to be for Christmas but I gave it to him now because he really doesn't have a place to read his books. He loves his bean bag and I got some really cute pictures to prove it.

Two Peas in a Pod

The other night Nate and Jordan fell asleep together on the couch. I just love both of them so much and I had to capture this precious moment. Nate is such a good daddy even though sometimes he leaves me to do a lot. Jordan simply adores his daddy and I am so grateful to have him as a husband. It's moments like this that make the worst day all better.
