I give up!

We are trying to get rid of the bottle and move onto the sippy for good. Jordan just hates change I have decided. He will not take the sippy and doesn't really want the bottle that much either. I finally just packed up the bottles and bought every sippy cup they made to see which one he would go for. So far he doesn't like one really! So what have we done well its day 2 and we are back to the crying himself to sleep thing. I feel so bad and I really thought that I had been tortured enough with the first crying himself to sleep episode. I give up on this sleeping thing really it just sucks with Lacie I am starting everything way earlier.

Flower and Ribbon Bows

So my friend Brittany makes these really cute bows for her girls and she inspired me to make some for our little girl. I thought it would give me something to do and now I think I'm addicted. I went to Roberts and bought some ribbon and a flower and got to work. These are the finished product and I think they turned out really cute. I might just need to work on the size a little because they seem really big but I am super excited now I have something I can do while I wait for the nursery furniture. YaY! The best part is I get to basically make them to match any outfit I have which is really fun.

Any Ideas?

I need ideas for girl names. Nate and I can't agree on anything so I decided I am up for suggestions. So if you have any ideas let me know.

A GIRL!!!!!
We couldn't be more happy with the results. The baby is doing great and looks really healthy. She is measuring 6 days ahead of her due date and if she is anything like her brother she will be a big kid haha. I can't wait to buy cute bows and blankets because heaven knows I don't need clothes thanks to my sister and my friend Jen:) I was going to put her pictures on here but she really looks like an alien so I guess you will have to wait until she arrives:)

Baby Signing Time

I don't know if any of you have heard of baby signing time but my cousin Stacie introduced it to me and Jordan LOVES it. He seriously is not a t.v. watcher and sometimes I need a break so I put in baby signing time and he just lays on the couch and watches it. He is learning so many things now and can sign a ton. I love interacting with him and having him pop out random words I never knew he even could say. If you don't have one you need to invest in these movies. There are only 4 but well worth the money. You can't buy them at Wal-mart but if you go to amazon.com or babysigningtime.com. You can even watch previews and see how fun they are. Anyway just thought I would share my new found love.

Coupons!

I know people have been blogging a lot about coupons but I have to share. I recently was taught by my friend Mary how to use the coupons and I LOVE it! I have only really done it twice now but let me tell you I can see the savings especially tonight. I spent a grand total of 54.00 and some change and saved are you ready 160.00 and some change. Can you believe that. This is a picture of everything I got. I am so motivated now and I hope this really keeps on working:)

Coloring Pages

Well Jordan finally is old enough to color and not eat the crayons. Today while Kyla was here before nap time I sat them in their highchairs and gave them crayons and paper. They loved it! I actually got the idea from Kyla's mom and I'm really excited to start doing crafts with Jordan. I loved craft time with my mom growing up. Oh the little things I look forward to.
