Jordan has been waking up out of a sound sleep and screaming. I think he is having night terrors and it breaks my heart. We go get him and then he just falls right back to sleep in our arms. He has been doing this a lot lately. Does anyone know how to get rid of them or do they just grow out of it?

The tail end of summer has been so much fun. The weather has been
fantastic and we've all had special occasions to look forward to. First
up, a family ...

That is so sad Im sorry!!
Jackson totally does that and the things we do that seem to work pretty well is that we will go into his room and like rub his head or his belly or something and tell him that he is fine and usually he calms down after a second and just rolls over. And sometimes I go in and he is crying but still has his eyes closed I just wait a minute and see if he just rolls over. One thing too sometimes when Jack wakes up in the middle of the night with the screaming cry I think he is having growing pains so I will give him a little bit of tylenol for a few nights in a row before bed because I think he wakes up and his legs or something is hurting and he doesn't know what to do about it so he crys. And it seems like that usally works and I think his little growing pains thing started when he was about Jordan's age.
