Five Quirky Quirks

1. When I go to bed I have to have at least one leg under the covers even if I am super hot. If I am really hot I at least have to have my feet under the covers but I really don't sleep well if I'm not covered all the way.

2. When I am just hanging out around the house I have to wear socks. I don't know why maybe its all the apartment dwelling I have done but I hate the feel of carpet on my bare feet. I like those really fuzzy socks too.

3. When I know I have company coming over I go through a ridiculous ritual of cleaning my house. I seriously turn into a maniac crazy girl (just ask Nate) if even one thing is out of place it bugs me to no end. I'm not always that way just when I know someone is coming over.

4. I have the worst phobia of spider that its kinda rediculous. I can't even stand to smoosh them with my shoe I just would rather use spray and then I leave it for Nate to clean up. Sometimes when I absolutely have to smoosh one in a klenex I scream until I drop it in the toilet. ahh how this annoys Nate.

5. I have to sleep with this blanket which it's not even really a blanket more like a piece of fabric that was meant to be part of a blanket. I don't know why I just have had it ever since I can remember and I don't sleep that good without it. I also have to have a glass of water by my bed whether I drink it or not. Wow I too have so many Quirks!haha I guess I'm weird too Caitlin.

October Snow

This morning I woke up and got ready for church like I always do and when I went to the window to see what the weather was like much to my surprise was snow, snow and more snow. I love snow and I love the change in the season so I was pretty excited. I pulled out our coats and was super excited to have Jordan wear his brand new winter one since we walk to church. He seriously looked like a marshmallow but he must have been nice and warm cause on our way home he fell asleep in his stroller. He is so dang cute.

Godfathers Pizza for Free!

On Saturday night we went to Godfathers Pizza for their customer appreciation day. They had a band play which was actually really good and were giving away FREE pizza. We met Joanne, and Lindsay there and bumped into our friends and neighbors the Robisons. It was so much fun, not to mention delicious, and we have the pictures to prove it!!

Jordan's Hot Rod

My mom bought Jordan a little Car for Christmas but we decided to give it to him now because he won't get to enjoy it until next year. I normally wouldn't do that but he is still to young to even notice. He absolutely loves it. He had a perma grin on his face and was honking the horn and steering with the wheel. I took some pictures but they don't do the excitement justice.

My little Dare Devil

This video is of my little dare devil child. He is absolutely crazy I swear. He is everywhere and in the bath lets just say we all get wet because he is so wild in there. I filmed like 4 videos but none of them had the full affect of bath time so I had to choose. This is the very first time he ever stood up in the bath tub and it totally freaked me out. I can see disaster in the future.

Canned Tomatoes Yum! Yum!

I loved canned tomatos and unfortunelty for us our tomato plants did not do so well. Out of 12 plant only 2 survived so needless to say we didn't have any to can this year. Joanne (my mother-in-law) was kind enough to give me some of her tomatos to can this year so I did get one batch. I have only canned once before so I really didn't remember so she came out to help and now we have some yummy canned tomatos. Thanks Joanne!
